Concept Overview:
The plan to develop a club-lounge formulated in April of 2011; Further to completing 6 months of in depth market research, it became apparent that there existed significant potential for a club and lounge operation offering top quality products, client services and international content, catering to a new and rapidly growing niche. The project team has developed a plan to capture this target niche and expand it.

This plan has been designed on the following criteria:

Creating and maintaining a following
